Shipping information

Dileti offers free 2Day FedEx shipping for orders over €500 before taxes. Orders under €500 are shipped via the 2Day FedEx service for a flat fee of €30.

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

International Shipping

Dileti offers free FedEx International MailService for international orders over €500 before taxes. Orders under €500 are shipped via the FedEx International MailService for a flat fee of €50.

International orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties based on the country. Dileti is not responsible for any such additional fees. These fees are most commonly calculated at checkout without additional payment required at delivery.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Tracking Orders

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show movement.

Orders and Cancellations

An agreement for DILETI (“Seller”) to sell goods to you (“Purchaser”) is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between Purchaser and Seller when order is placed. Seller’s charge for transport, packaging, freight and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by Purchaser.

Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled. Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. If the package is returned to us you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.
